Is connecting Instagram, WhatsApp, and Facebook safe and Meta-compliant?
Yes. Onevyu uses official Meta APIs and OAuth for business assets only — WhatsApp Business, Instagram Business (linked to your Page), and Facebook Page Messenger. You authorize only the permissions needed to read and reply to business conversations. Personal WhatsApp or profile-only Instagram will not connect. How does Vyu Bot draft replies and financial insights?
Vyu Bot uses context from the merged thread, pipeline stage, and client record to suggest replies and summaries. Drafts queue for your review before send — nothing goes out automatically unless you configure automations. Financial Summary rolls up sales, expenses, and invoices from your workspace data.
Does Onevyu collect client payments on invoices?
No. Onevyu builds professional, branded invoices and shares view-only PDF links with clients. Payment happens outside Onevyu (bank transfer, UPI, card, etc.) on terms you set. Pro subscriptions for your Onevyu account use secure Paddle checkout.
